Location: Centre for Social Innovation (601 W 26th St #325)

Faculty: Marvin Vilma and Sara Weinreb

Entrepreneurs are action oriented people, envisioning and acting on ideas for pressing issues. Get out the classroom and learn the tools to solve real problems you encounter with a group of fellow high school innovators while learning to empathize, ideate and prototype, the building blocks of Design Thinking. In this interactive workshop, you will participate in a design challenge to learn how to brainstorm and test ideas that can become a reality and change your community, learning how to create change while meeting the needs of others. If you are a mover and shaker, and someone who wants to use creative problem solving to take on big issues, this is the workshop for you.
