The Greenhouse Series is our most accessible program offering teens a robust year-round calendar of inspirational panels, hands-on workshops, master classes and social events. These one to three hour experiences are co-designed by teens and a diverse community of professionals and Jewish role models. Thought-provoking program themes and an emphasis on Jewish identity and storytelling underpin program creation and curation, and all events are designed to prepare teens for life beyond high school.

Immersive Design Labs are semester-long experiences that expose teens to the process of design-thinking, a creative problem-solving technique used to imagine solutions to address social challenges. Our Labs activate teens as critical-thinkers and social innovators, and are responsive to their intellectual curiosities and professional development needs. Design Labs are facilitated by teams of educators and subject-matter experts, and though specific content will vary, each follows a similar curriculum: define challenge; conduct research from sources including Judaism's rich scholarship; devise solutions; and, submit prototypes to The Greenhouse for review and resourcing.

Experiential Travel opportunities offer teens a new way to see and experience the world, as both members of the Jewish community and humanity at-large. Teens will participate in the planning of their own trips, whether the experience be a three-day social impact challenge in the Hudson Valley or a seven-day exploration of Jewish life in communities experiencing revitalization, or that hold important political, historical or cultural significance. We also plan to re-imagine how NYC Jewish teens and their peers experience Israel. Trips will be tailored for different age groups, school schedules, and interests.
